About JDRF One Walk Adelaide

We are excited to tell you that the metropolitan Adelaide One Walk is returning to its traditional home at Glenelg in 2018 and to cater for all of our JDRF families, will be held on a Sunday morning.

The One Walk will begin and finish at Colley Reserve and will follow the Esplanade or Beach 2.5kms to the Somerton Surf Life Saving Club where water will be available.

Upon returning to Colley Reserve, you will be entertained by our live band and the kids will get to enjoy face painting, shark slide, ferris wheel, petting zoo and rock climbing wall.

Enter the t-shirt competition on the day and strut your stuff on stage! Start designing your masterpiece now!

There will be a sausage sizzle  for anyone hungry before the Walk, and on-site food vendors for lunch. 

Coffee for those needing to wake up will be available from 9am, and slushies and ice-cream will be a hit if the weather is hot!

There will be a raffle on the day with tickets available from roaming volunteers and the merchandise desk.

A large shade structure kindly donated by Santos will feature in the middle of the park. Please do not bring your own marquees. There will be plenty of space in front of the stage to lay your picnic blanket.

And of course your furry friends are welcome on leads.

Toilet facilities available on site and en route. The walk route is pram and wheelchair friendly.
