About One Walk Albury

Albury is part of the world’s biggest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event.

Each year, JDRF One Walks around the globe bring together around a million people to raise over $85 million for life-changing T1D research. This success is only possible because of the support, commitment and strength of our community.

Please meet us to register in Hovell Tree Park. We will then start the walk in Padman Park Albury, across from the Albury Swim Centre. The walk continues along the river path through Noreuil Park and under the causeway bridge to Gateway Village for 2km. It then returns along the same route. Join us again at Hovel Tree Park next to Padman Park for post-event activities.

JDRF would like to thank our dedicated Walk Host, Carmen, for this event – a passionate supporter of JDRF who gives time and effort to hosting this One Walk for the T1D community in your area.

Show the strength of your local #JDRFbluearmy by getting your family, friends and colleagues together for a great day.

You can make a powerful impact by joining the global leader in T1D research for a fun, FREE family day out with a shared goal. The stars of the day are those living with T1D and we will be handing out orange caps to recognise and celebrate these champions.

Connect with others in your T1D community for a day to celebrate the funds you have raised to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes.

Walk with us, and help turn type one into type none.
