We're walking in Newcastle to turn type one into type none!
We're joining the world's largest walk for a future without type 1 diabetes (T1D) at the Thomas Holton Park Playground in Croudace Bay Park on Sunday 9 March 2025!
Why? To help fund life-changing research aimed at improving lives and curing T1D.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, like our gorgeous Harry, with 8 Australians diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
We are so proud of our Harry and his amazing family, Linc, Fiona and Charlie who show their strength with so many challenges and decisions that need to be made daily. We want to support the charity that supports them and so many others. Let’s help find a cure!
