I'm walking for Justine Geddes

Walk for T1D

When Justine was diagnosed our lives like most was turned upside down. No longer could we go out and eat without thinking first of how much insulin she would need. Nowadays she looks after herself without alit of input from us, lots of ups and downs but with a cure it wpuld be a lifesaving result.

I'm walking in Lilydale to turn type one into type none!

I'm joining the world's largest walk for a future without type 1 diabetes (T1D) at Lilydale on Sunday 16 March 2025!

Why? To help fund life-changing research aimed at improving lives and curing T1D.

T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.

Please support my walk today.

Wishing you all the best to both of you. Your daughter is a champion to take on such a difficult autoimmune disease.
