I'm walking in the Illawarra region to turn type one into type none!
Alana, Rhys, Jack & Ivy are joining the world's largest walk for a future without type 1 diabetes (T1D) at Reddall Reserve on Sunday 16 March 2025! We would love if our friends and family could join us for a great cause close to our hearts.
Why? To help fund life-changing research aimed at improving lives and curing T1D.
As we now know, Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, Ivy had just turned two when she was diagnoses and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
