I'm walking in Mildura to turn type one into type none!

I'm joining the world's largest walk for a future without type 1 diabetes (T1D) at Ornamental Lakes Park on Sunday 23 March 2025!

I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes for almost 4 years now and the hassle it comes with from day to day words can’t describe. I was diagnosed at the age of 13 but I can’t imagine how the kids diagnosed as such a young age must feel. Anyone can develop t1d at any age, about 1 in 10 people are diagnosed with it and for now have to accept the fact that they will have it for the rest of their lives.
