Blake's Hot Steppers are walking again in 2025 to turn Type 1 into Type NONE!
Blake's Hot Steppers are joining the world's largest walk again in 2025 for a future without Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) at Burswood Park on Sunday 9 March 2025!
Type 1 diabetes can strike ANYONE AT ANY TIME, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Blake was diagnosed at 8 years old, no family history of T1D and with only 5 days of displaying symptoms.
His diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an exhausting extra 180 decisions a day for Blake to remain safe and healthy.
Why are we walking? To help fundraise for life-changing research aimed at improving lives and curing T1D.
